A Conference on the City's Problems "This city is beginning to lose its status. It is not developing. After a court case that went on for four years in the Bielsko regional court, the Maja Corporation has been awarded damages from the Polish government for the suspension in 1996 of construction of the so-called "supermarket." The verdict can be appealed before a court in Katowice.
